Welcome to FPA South Carolina
The Financial Planning Association (FPA) is the membership association for nearly 30,000 Certified Financial Planner professionals, financial planners, specialist and organizations dedicated to enhancing and promoting the financial planning process. There are more than 200 members in the South Carolina Chapter. The South Carolina Chapter is one of 100 chapters nationwide that form the backbone of the FPA and attract the best in the financial planning community.

Mission. The purpose of the Chapter is to serve the needs of its mem­bers and to establish the value of financial planning and the success of the financial planning profession. In furtherance of that purpose, the Chapter shall devote its efforts to develop programs and services which appeal to its members including but not limited to educational classes and seminars, regular Chapter meetings, local and state government affairs, public relations and public affairs. In addition, the Chapter recognizes its primary obligation to represent, promote and sponsor FPA activities, programs and services.
