Active, Alternative, and Tax Aware: Practical Ideas for Today’s Wealth Portfolios

As markets evolve, advisors are increasingly looking beyond traditional 60/40 portfolios to enhance returns, manage risk, and improve after-tax outcomes. This session explores how research-driven equity strategies—both long-only and long/short—can be thoughtfully integrated into client portfolios.

Participants will gain insight into when active management may add value, how to incorporate macro and thematic views such as AI and global innovation into portfolio construction, and how different investment vehicles can impact liquidity and tax efficiency.
